Extra cash for December!!!

Just had to share - I have three Saturday shifts at my second job next month, which will bring in, after tax and car parking and petrol, an extra £210 in December!!!
Am very pleased, even though it means a six-day week from now till Christmas.
OK, I probably won't get it till January, but still :j
Car tax due in January and service in February, so this will help towards those bills.

Hooray! I get more work over December because I work (casually) in a theatre and with panto on (oh no it isn't!!!!) there's loads for me to do. I am trained to do accessible performance for the deaf and blind (bit complicated to explain), but I charge by the hour and panto is a very difficult show for me to work on, so more hours!!!!
The only major drawback, is I'm working new years day (double pay though!), and will probably be a little hung over. Like you skintchick I will not get my money till the end of Jan, but it'll be worth waiting for!!!October make £10/day currently £11.020 -
That sounds like a fascinating job - how do you do it for both groups at once? Do you sign AND describe simultaneously?:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

Hey guys,
It's probably better getting the money at the end of Jan anyway as you're less likely to spend it on silly things for Xmas and most people need the money in Jan more due to Xmas (even though most MSE's wouldn't overspend anyway!)
I'm working on New Years Day cos I HAVE to as it's a normal Sunday and not a bank hol, oh well, that's celebrating New Years Eve out the question (mind you I'm too poor and sad to do that anyway)
