I don't have a dog, will it be ok to use on a male adult????
If so, any free dog collars to fit a 17" neck.

Why apply for a freebie you have no use for, therefore stopping a genuine dog owner from benefiting from this freebie. If you want to do your bit for charity why not give them something of yours ?
Because I'm a selfish *******
I tell you what though - I'll compromise... I'll keep the new one and give my old ones to the charity shop... - then we'll both win.0 -
My friend will love this, she is using an old tatty lead rope as a lead for her dog, thanks0
