Electoral Roll

Hi all
I have been checking out my credit report on checkmyfile and to be honest it has depressed me! A score of 688 with Experian, 108 with Equifax and 288 with Callcredit was not a pretty sight
One query I have though, is that under the electoral roll, it says I have been registered at my parents address up from 83 - 06 which was not right and then the next entry says 2006 removed from the rolling register - does this mean I am not on the electoral roll, as I have been living back here for over 1 year?
I moved out of my parents from 04 - 07 and paid council tax and had polling cards etc at my rented flat, but have been back at my parents for a year now
Also, will this affect my credit score significantly?
And if this means I am not on the roll, any ideas how I get on it?
Thanks everyone

Not sure I know the answers but just bumping you up for oher people to have a look at. I would have thought to get on the electoral register you just have to let the local council know, in my case that would be the town hall.0

Thanks for the bump!
Well I phoned the council in the end and checked, and I have been removed from the register so it's obviously not making my credit report any better! I have until the 15th October to register and then I will be on from the 1st December so hopefully things will improve slightly then
For those of you who are in a similar position to me (moved back home after renting) it would probably be a good idea to check you're on the register too!0
