Rightmove sending emails on behalf of Barratt!

I got an email out of the blue from Rightmove today which is an out and out advert for Barratt homes. I've never had anything from Rightmove before - is this a new sign of desperation?
They are offering to give me £1,000 a month off the mortgage on one of their new places until January 2010. I'd rather a more realistic selling price myself!
