Help

I am new to this site so I apologies if simular advice has been listed elsewhere.

I have stupidly maxxed out my over draft limit on my Halifax account, which now totals to over £1500.00.

I have transferred my wages to a seperate account to allow me to have my wages to live on, and wrote to Halifax (I suffer with sensory neural deafness so cannot call costomer services & no advisers will (understandibly) speak to my partner over the phone regarding this) to ask if they would be happy for me to settle the account in installments - they did not get back to me and instead I have been sent threaterning letters from debt recovery companies to reclaim the debt.

Is there anyway I can freeze any interest, and pay in installments - is there a mutural company I can contact to arrange this as I do not seem to be getting anywhere and all the numerous letters are starting to depress me.

I have a simular problem with my o2 contact which is at £600.

Any advise would be greatly recieved.

Have a look through the people in this link:

they can help you sort out your debts if you are struggling to meet repayments, they WON'T charge you a penny and will do lots of the legwork for you. Most of them have phone lines but I am sure that some will also have other ways to make contact.
