20% is on certain items - go into the offers section and you'll see them. Theres quite a lot.

It states on the page where you submit the promo code that it is free delivery on clothes and homeware- being completely thick but, I wanted a Winnie the pooh address book- do you think I will get this delivered free as it doesn't take the delivery off until you submit the order?

Don't want to pay £3.50 delivery on a £6.00 book if not!!!

I can't see why they wouldn't give you free delivery. By the way as it goes through, it looks like you pay the postage, but the confirmation email shows that there is no postage.
