Bodyform 'Perfume in Paris' Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:
1. Open to UK residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees and their families involved in the promotion or the execution of the draw. 2. There are two prizes for two people to be won. Each prize comprises two return standard class Eurostar travel from London St Pancras International to Paris Gare du Nord International, two nights accommodation at a 3* hotel in a twin or double room with private facilities on a bed and breakfast basis, two tickets to the Perfume Workshop with an English speaking guide and two Carnet travel cards (zones 1-5). The prize does not include travel insurance, accommodation supplements, car hire, transfers between the station and the hotel, spending money or anything else not expressly stated as included. 3. To take part in the Bodyform Deo-Fresh 'Perfume in Paris' Free Prize Draw all entries must be received by 31/12/08. 4. Only one entry per person. 5. The winners will be drawn from all valid entries under independent supervision and contacted in writing within 28 days of the closing date for receipt of entries. 6. Travellers are solely responsible for obtaining passports, visas and other travel documentation. Please check with the relevant authorities regarding their passport and visa requirements. 7. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The trip must be taken by 30th November 2009 and excludes Easter, Christmas, New Year and all UK Bank Holidays. The Perfume Workshop takes place on a Tuesday or Thursday only. 8. Prizes are subject to availability and to change in specification (including timing). The Promoter reserves the right to provide a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary. 9. Entry into the draw is deemed acceptance of these rules. 10. Prizewinners may be required to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity (including a photographic shoot and interview). 11. A list of the Prizewinners' names and counties will be available to those sending a SAE marked 'Winners' to 'Bodyform Deo-Fresh Perfume in Paris', The Big Kick Limited, Orient Close, London Road, St. Albans, Herts, AL1 1JD no later than 6 weeks after the closing date. 12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries which it believes have not been made in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. 13. The Promoter's decisions will be final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
