TWO default notices for ONE credit card

Hello everybody :j
I'm on a DMP with the CCCS and all is going OK. Nationwide Credit Card accepted the DMP for three months after which they rejected the reduced payments and the account has gone to default. I've had the usual standard letters chasing payment, all of which I've responded to with my very own standard letter reminding them of the DMP.
Today, I've received TWO default notices (each accompanied by a standard letter) for the one account. Apart from one being dated the 24th and the other the 25th, the letters and default notices are identical.
I'm not concerned about the default - I've got defaults on a couple of other accounts - but wondered if receiving two default notices is something to be worried about. Or is this just an administrative glitch?!
I shall be replying with my usual "standard DMP letter" - and pointing out that they've sent two notices. Unlike them, I'm able to amend my standard letter to fit the circumstances

Many thanks
