It is somewhat tight, the way i have it with more accurate figures:
Me - £299pm loan - 3% of cc balance of £3350 £100.5pm - dismissed o/d as cleared each month, chap at my work said thats ok to do, totals £399.5pm
Partner - £258pm loan - £12pm catalog (will probably clear this in a week) - 3% of o/d is 61.35pm. Total £331.35
Both total £730.85pm x 12 = 8770.20
Total annual salary £34320 - above 8770.20 = £25549.80
If based on 4 times = £102199.20 affordable, only need £90000
Think this is work out correctly?0 -

Okm i have been given an 'agreement in principle' from Nationwide for the £90k i wanted, i may find a property for less.
This was based on a credit search and score.
If its like my work, this is dependant on matching our salaries and proof of address to the app, but is there anything else that would prevent us from getting the actual mortgage agreed, not taking into account the val, solicitors??0
