Sorry, that the last sentence had a spelling mistake. It should read the word COSTUME0

May I suggest we rally round and cosume alot more.
The reason The Halifax The Bradford & Bingley collapsed was they were C**P
It was their own making.
I know I used to work for B&B 12 years ago and they were losing customers then.
And the Halifax - They were a disaster waiting to happen.Thomson 757 Man0 -
Unfortunately you are not going to get anywhere, taking them to court without any "evidence" (which you sent back)is a bad idea!
Unless the item was sent back recorded delivery within 7 (or may be 14) days, in which case you have the right to reject the goods under distance selling regs.0 -

Not what you want to hear and maybe a bit biased but I am glad the Nokia speakers dont work based on the teenage !!!!!!!s on the underground and buses here in London blaring out their tinny music that gets right on my nerves.
Before I am slated back, I am a fan of more usic than you would know.0 -

Why on earth do you think they won't see straight through this. See my previous posts quoting this if you're unsure why I'm telling you.0 -

omen666, I know what you mean because I hate this sort of thing too. Can I just defend my daughter though and say that she never plays loud music in public. The speakers are simply for her use at home, mainly in her own bedroom. I personally think they are c**p speakers anyway and, she has an mp4 player with brilliant speakers and sound, so I can't understand why she wanted these little speakers to use with her phone at all!
But, she had paid for them herself with money she earnt so I think it is up to her what she spends her money on.
As an update - the speakers arrived back today, still faulty, ie they alternate between not working, crackly sound, working properly. Most of the time there is no sound at all.
I feel better now that we have the speakers back because we now have proof if needed. We are going to contact a consumer radio programme tomorrow (who once worked miracles for us when we had a faulty video camera) and see what they say we should now do.0
