Hi guys, can you answer a simple question for me please.
If you've been in an IVA previously i.e. 4 years ago and it's all paid off and settled and you get yourself into financial difficulty for a second time are you able to go down the IVA route again? Trying to help my sister with her debts and looking at all possibilities.
Thanks in anticipation.

Hi
IVAs are not generally a good idea anyway so start by getting her to read this http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/loans/pdf-iva-guide.pdf
and then get her to ring one of the debt charities. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
