Have you gone far enough through the checkout? There are a few likely looking boxes on earlier screens before the correct one which subtracts the £14.50. Keep going, you should get there and oddly enough you don't have to enter credit card details until after the 'Confirm Order' button, so don't worry about being charged until you're happy with the total!

See Destiny 33's post above - it works there if you go for the kalvin Klein & Delete the Dior then enter the code when asked.
