just wanted to give everyone a quick update! MBNA emailed me back and said:I can confirm this is a full and final settlement and this will reflect this on your credit file.
so i am pretty happy!
i havent been able to get hold of ndl or cccs today at lunch to go through it all with them , but i will try later.
now just to figure out how to find the money as dont get paid til the end of october now! might have to do some ebaying pronto!!0 -

my daughter had same prob with Virgin 'forgetting' about the 0% deal. Told her to get Cust Serv on the phone and threaten to go to Trad Stds....Bingo, 0% back. Dont muck about, go straight for the neck, I know how vicious you babbits can be!
