Hi

I have a loan with tesco finance with payment protection that will end in 2 years, someone said to me last week that when the loan has finished and you haven't made a claim you can claim some part of the money back, Is this true ?

I have looked on the t&c on my paper work but cant find anything

It would say on your policy about this. Barclays FIrstplus do a loan PPI whereby if you do not claim for the life if it you get it back. It may sound ok but they forget to tell you that you are then paying interest on the PPI for the full term of the loan and also it only covers your loan for the first 5 years. A real rip off.

Who was the someone?? Do you mean that it was someone when you took out the loan?? I thought you meant just "someone" here.
