Hi all

Has everyone who took a loan out before April 2007 had them checked to see if they can have it written off???

No. Many people know they signed a credit agreement and knew its terms and didn't take PPI.

If you've been swindled, take action and claim. But if you knew what you were signing up for and think by claiming you were duped you can be bailed out, that's sharp practice.
