Just done a [STRIKE]spring[/STRIKE] christmas clean of my kitchen, didn't take long as I am a bit obsessive about my kitchen
- it is my favourite space to be in:p . Have now unpacked my new food processor and found it a home, along with all its attachments:eek: , old one has gone to friend, just need to rehome a blender now, if no one wants it will freecycle it.
Bails - looking forward to seeing your hamper pics:D
SL - at the toilet roll monster, but hope you are enjoying having him home again.0 -
I need 3 more points on Qype to get ninja status and get the cute little ninja fella and the ipod. I have reviewed every place I can think of. I am desperate to cross it off my 'to do' list.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Glad you had a great day Michelle - I can't wait til Christmas is about little ones! Not long to wait though
I think i will be the most excited i have been about christmas in years. I was so disappointed last year when DS1 got up, and he didn't want to touch any of his presents. He was scared for some reason. This year though he had a lot of practice opening presents and really knows what it is all about, and i have made sure there are lots of little presents for him.Lots of stocking filler type bits like crayons and stickers.
He has started being a bit naughty at bedtime which i think is his excitement, but hopefully that will get better once the day is here. My nephew at this age was so excited he was physically shaking. :rotfl:
I completely forgot to say earlier how lovely all that bulk cooking looked. I am not that good at bulk cooking more than a few portions, but i think that is down to the lack of work surface in my kitchen, and small pans. Plus, my pastry tastes ok but never looks !!! good as that. Well done Shaz.0 -

Now there's frugal. Even Scrooge didn't make the Cratchits live in a pond and eat scraps of bread. I'm seriously impressed. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:'Whatever you dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power and magic in it. Begin now.' Goethe

When my four were little you could guarantee every xmas eve one of them would be on couch with a blanket and washing up bowl having made themselves physically sick with excitement. DD is still same now and she is 17:rolleyes:
Just wait till they are a bit older and dragging you out of bed at 3am to open pressies.:rotfl:0 -

lol, I think I've done everywhere I've ever been to in my life.
Anyway, I did it, I am a ninja.
When I was little and birthdays or Xmas were approaching, I used to have to run up and down our drive a few hundred times to try to burn off the excitement as I physically couldn't keep still.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Morining All
Well we had an expensive weekend as DS2 managed to knock the laptop off the sofa  and now it is useless  . We got a new one yesterday as I have so much Uni work to do over Christmas I could not be without one (thankfully I had backed up all my work 3 times!!)
Got a busy day as I still have a few presents to get and I have to take my Dad to the hospital later.
Hope everyone has a lovely day.

P.S. Whitewing hope you are able to tell your DH the news you want on Christmas day, I'm hoping to be able to share that news tooalthough it will be a little after Christmas.
