Moozies/Paps What will you spend 30th September 08?

Hello everyone, apologies if this thread as already been started but had a quick look around the board and couldn't seem to find it .

So what have you all spent today?

I'll update my total later as need to pop out at lunch to get a few things, these are essentials though so won't be added to my weekly budget :D.

Hope everyone as a nice day.

ETA: Can someone tell me if the space lines appear correctly in my above post please? No, i'm not going crazy just that i'm on my work pc and sometimes it goes a bit crazy with spacing etc whilst on MSE ;).

  • Yep space lines are all good!

I've missed this post whilst I was away!

I'm aiming for a general NSD but car is in for MOT so I will end up spending for that (but it comes out of car pot not current account).

Hi babes21, flutterbyuk25 and Piquant - thanks for starting the thread babes21, I can never seem to find it and I haven't updated all week. Never mind!

Today I've spent £5.68 on sending a book I sold on Amazon. For some reason, Amazon only allocate about £2.75 for postage and packaging. I've also picked up a loaf of bread for 30p from Tesco. x

Today i've spent £10.45 on Travel, Lunch, Cigs  and a snack, need to update my signature in a mo.

I have spent a further £53.03 on a jumper, tights and a few toilletries :o (not including in my weekly budget as this is seperate). Needed these though and i'm not increasing any debt as i don't have any, well tell a lie i do have some on a credit card from a few weeks back , but pay that off as soon as the statement arrives.

Really want to build on my savings and stuff now, hence why i feel these daily threads and also the weekly target ones really do help.

*** BUMP *** incase anyone misses it :D.

This post used to get lots of replies, come on people!!! ;).
  • £2.10 for me - £1.10 on the bus and another £1 on lunch in the canteen. Was meant to be getting £24 worth of expenses back into my account today but so far, no show! It better be in tomorrow though as I'm counting on it!
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
