help with credit agreement info

I am trying to take control of my little sisters debts as she is in a very serious mess, one debt to littlewoods was passed to a debt compant called logic group. Regular payments have been made to this company and there is only about £120 left to pay but after reading some of the posts on this fab site it has came to my notice that she may not have signed a credit agreement with littlewoods in the first place. To whom do i request the signed credit agreement from.........Littlewoods or the debt collector?
any advise would be much appreciated as i am a newby at this kind of stuff.

  • It all depends whetheh Littlewoods have sold (factored) the debt or are just using a debt collector. Best thing is to ask both of them for a copy - Good luck with this as you may have a struggle on your hands, my experience of trying to get copies of original documents from creditors is that they are not normally helpful at all.
There are many paths to tread to find true financial enlightenment, some of them are clear of obstacles, others have huge piles of doggie DooDoo in them in which one can easily tread. The journey is not made easier by the fact that the financial institutions blind fold us before we set out on our route.
