I used the voucher code posted on this site and I paid full amount - it appears that you get the discount as a credit against future purchases? am I right in saying that?

Hi Jazzy cat, no the discount should be taken off at the time of purchase on the item you are paying for.

Did you click 'redeem' before clicking 'pay'? If not then maybe that's why it was not applied.
