Would appreciate any recomendations you have for a decent car mechanic in Bangor/Holywood area.

I want someone cheap yet actually knows their stuff and is thorough. I know I am not asking a lot

there is new house to the right, then a wee cul-de-sac afterwards. Its the first house after the break in the road to the cul-de-sac. Name is Sidney.

Try Hubert...Knocknagoney Garage, on Old Holywood near turn off for Tescos.
Hes an older man, very solid and reiable mechanic and dosent stick the arm in either. Good for mechanic things and also minor bodywork repairs.
