i want a red dinner set

Help please

My OH is really wanting a red square dinner set with 4 dinner plates, 4 side plates, 4 bowls and 4 mugs argos have one see link.

But after buying it it was not very red (i know it looks red on picture) more dark pink so it was returned.

She does want a set that includes the mugs and is square shaped does anybody know were sell any online or offline.

I searched everywhere over a few months for a Red Square dinner set.

I was lucky enough to see them in the July Next sale £30 reduced to £15 and I ended up buying 2 sets. It sounds just what you are looking for - it's a really classy red colour and they are really good quality!

I am still looking for Red square mugs to match though and have had no joy!

The red set in Next doesn't seem to be in the Autumn / Winter catalogue (unless they relaunch it [or a slightly different one] as part of their Christmas range?)

Haven't replied to gloat or anything but my point is that the current Next sale seems to be a lot of what they haven't been able to get rid of in the last sales - so it may be worth you ringing some Next stores locally to you on the off chance that they may have them in stock ... or they might be able to locate one for you?

Also, there may be a Next clearance store that has some.

If it's any use to you, I can find the item number for you so you can quote this when you ring?

Have you looked at Ikea? only say that cos they do really nice coloured sets - i bought a lovely very dark blue one from there.

How about this one on ebay - not sure if its the same one shown in the argos book - but try this item no. 280271161207. Or there is another one - I think its in the US - so approx half the price - therefore wud pay for shipping... it is a really nice set - quite fancy it myself - but DH wud have a fit at another set - but again not completely red.

Thanks forgot about these quite far from an ikea but am hopeing to go soon but have a catalogue around will have to check it thanks

Thanks like that one will show OH what is the item no for the one in the us as can only find 4 plates in the us not a whole set thanks for your help

The Next Item Number is 429-516-018 and it's called the "Conrad"

The Conrads are still on the website but unfortunately not in Red!!
