How to NOT use Amazon Prime when you are a member?

Options
Hi all,

I'm not too sure this is the right place to ask but the forum is too complex, then I drop it here.

I have an Amazon Prime account and I use it occasionally. Sometimes I buy things to use and sometimes to resell (when it's a bargain buy).

Recently I received an email from Amazon saying that the Prime membership does not allow buying to resell. I want to comply with that but cannot find a way now. So I have two questions.

1/ Is buying from Amazon for reselling, e.g. on Fleabay, is allowed?
2/ How can I not use Amazon Prime on orders that I intend to use for resale.

Thanks a lot for your comments.
