Hello all
My partner is looking to remortgage next month. Basically has £50000 outstanding with Birmingham Midshires and looking to borrow another £10000 and a property worth £95000 - a lot seems to have changed with rates since last week but does anybody know a good 2 or 3 year fixed rate for someone with a good credit history ?
Thanks

Best quote I can find is Britannia 2 year fix at 5.54%, only thing putting me off is the £999 arrangement fee - anybody better that ?0
