CL Finance and other N00B questions

Hi guys and girls, im a long time reader of the site and this is my first post.

My financial history is all a bit up in the air and now being in a position to start paying debts off i decided to check my credit file.

On my Callcredit info it says that i have a default payment to CL Finance for the sum of £605. Firstly i have never heard of CL finance and can not find anyway of getting in contact with them, does anybody have contact details? And secondly i can not for the life of me think where this £605 has come from. Also what percentage do companies normally accept for a full pay off?

Secondly I also have a CIFAS warning against my account from Natwest, slightly confused as to why they thought it was fraudulent but when i speak to Natwest Fraud Team they tell me that they cannot help me, Any advice?

Thanks for helping out a N00B

Oli
