Tracey they do take a while to come through so do be patient. I think I once waited 12 weeks for a packet of Pasta, however if you are genuinely gluten intolerant if you call to register with Glutafin they do send out a little hamper with bread, white mix, pasta, spaghetti and biscuits in.
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

You could get all these items on prescription if you are suffering from coeliac disease just ask your gp

Their site let me register, but they will not let me have free products since I can't get gluten free items from the doctor - I am not coeliac, I have IBS and am wheat intolerant due to it.

Just to let people know if they're having problems.

Have you got any further with that? I tried to register on behalf of my mum who is also wheat intolerant due to IBS, and came up against the same problem. Just wondering if phoning might still get somewhere.

I have just managed to send for the samples for my mum, hopefully that will help her as she has lactose intolerance and coeliac.
