I don't believe they do because the sale money goes to a third party and not Play themselves.

And it is Play that offer the discounts and they absorb the loss.

Hi, I have 2 codes for play.com but they run out on 31/5/10.
They are PN6K7T4WGLH3 £1 off when you spend £8.95 or more
and the other is PMCPW9W6C34Y £2 off when you spend £10 or more.
