Im getting "this code cannot be used for this account" when i try to use the code generated from the RAC site.

I wonder where you are putting in the 000000 RAC number..I can't see where to add this number to my profile?

No point in generating a code before registering with RAC with 000000, or it won't work

never used codes on play before, can you use more than one code and does quidco still work with play?

Thanks for that Groovygirl... I used the code and it came up on the screen as having taken £5 off the camera I purchased before I clicked to buy. However, my confirmation email from Play showed it as full price and when I checked my account details on play.com that is showing as full price too! I can't seem to find an email address to query this with Play (the confirmation email is sent from an address that doesn't accept replies). I can ring them in the morning but they will probably ask where I got the code from! What should I say?

hi, play are notoriously hard to get in contact with through email, most of the email addresses they publish are outgoing only and won't accept incoming mail. The only one I ever got a response from was : terms at play dot com. Hope this helps.
