Loans & Credit Agreements

Options
Hi, hoping someone can advise.

I have been sent a declaration for a mortgage application. I am doing this through a broker and have noticed that in the section on Loans and Credit Agreements only the unsecured loan I have is detailed, not my credit cards although I had given the various amounts to my broker - is that correct? I know on another post they said that overdrafts are not included as there is no monthly payment but I make monthly payments on my credit cards so should they not be included in this section?

Need to get the declaration off asap so any help much appreciated!

Thanks

    Hi,

I'm not an expert but you have a credit agreement with your credit cards so I would say they need to be included.

Yes they should be included - might be asking your broker why they failed to include them for you.

Thanks for that, I thought it seemed a bit odd when they asked for that detail initially. I've noticed that Nationwide, who I am being fast tracked for a mortgage with, have already checked my credit report so I hope it's not too late - don't want them to think I'm trying to hide anything!

Have you checked to see if the income that's been stated for you is correct and not been inflated?
