Hi magicmaria
I emailed them as I didn't want to call them. I had heard they go for the hard sell over the phone and wanted to avoid that. You will find their email address on their website. I made sure to ask for a confirmation email that my account had been cancelled, which I received. Absolutely no hassle whatsoever! :T

Email, also no hassle. Don't worry about score, I had score of 366 and then applied for 3 credit cards got approved then had score of 600. I think the score means nothing.0
