POLL: How do like Kaupthing Edge's Customer Service

I just thought I would try this out as there are lots of threads on the board where one person has a specific problem with a bank (usually, but not always KE). They start a thread to share their frustration and a few people agree and some more say they have never had any such problem.

It's difficult for the uninitiated to get a measured view of how good/bad they really are.

So, I thought having a vote/poll thread would give a more quantitative picture of ppls impression of their customer service.

If you have a KE account, can you please place a vote in this poll about their CUSTOMER SERVICE.

10 is high, 1 is low.

Your considerations could include:
Their time to answer emails/telephone calls/ secure messages
The attitude of their service staff
The knowledge of their service staff
Whether and how quickly your problem was put right
Availability, accuracy and layout of their web based account (statements, transfers, etc)
Functionality of their products (e.g. where/how quickly you can transfer finds from)
.. and similar Service based considerations

Your considerations should NOT include:
Opinions about the stability of the bank, the banking industry, the passport scheme or other protection measures
Their shareholders or other corporate matters
Other banks in a similar position/market


short posts in the thread will help keep this thread bumped until enough people have seen it and replied. If this exercise is successful, maybe I/we can do the same for some other banks and/or other features (aside from Customer Service).

    I made a !!!! up while setting it up and emailed them and they sorted it right out getting back to me in a couple of hours, first class service.
