I did but never heard anything and the intended recipient never got any flowers.

Be wary of providing details of other, possibly vulnerable, people.

However perhaps it was meant to be the details of the care home, not of the individual resident and was also meant to be a "thank you" to previous paying customers and an encouragement to them to re-order and pay on another occasion.
