Nectar Points Advise Required

I got promotional voucher from Necatar for Sainsbury, I handed over that voucher to check out counter with my card. The man at counter tried to scan that vocher but in vain, then he just manually entered some thing to machine and generated the recepit which was showing only points 36 points. I asked him I earned these points for the things I bought, where are the additional vocher's points. He told me that will be added over night. After three days I checked my balance it only shows actual points not those which should come with promotional vocher. What shall I do, I remember the name of that person. Shall I report Sainsbury or Nectar?

Normally these extra points vouchers take 28 days to show up and it says so on the back in the small print. If you have any other nectar vouchers have a look. I've used them before and same as you the cashier tried to scan them to no avail and then called a supervisor who showed me it what it said on back of voucher. Don't worry, give it a few weeks and the points will show!

I work for Sainsburys and the points from vouchers do take a bit to go on. They'll go eventually. On checkouts they put the voucher in the till and send it off to be processed at a later stage in the day.

But yeah, your points should be aded on soon.
