Another card bites the dust.
Makes it all seem worthwhile.
Am getting there slowly oh so slowly.
Makes it seem worthwhile.
Sometimes feel dont have a life anymore & that Im getting rather obssessed:eek:
Really going for it at the mo though as feel worried that one of my sources of income is going to dry up & I will be in the ****.
Hopefully can get through another year to when my loan finishes though.

Re the lodger - I know what you mean but it all helps. Thing is when it works it works and when it's a disaster it's a blinking big disaster! :-)Debt: LBM = Oct 07 - £21k. DFD - [STRIKE]DEC 10[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]JUN 10 [/STRIKE] [STRIKE]MAY 10[/STRIKE] [STRIKE] MAR 10 [/STRIKE] 5th FEB 10 £0 :money:

Well done! Got rid of one myself last week (had it for 7 and a half years!) and it's a great feeling. Today I've taken the files of statement and everything I had relating to that account and shoved it up the loft so it really does feel as if it's gone as I won't have to look at the statements that have come in and made me cry at times.
It should be showing up on my credit expert report soon as 'settled' and at that point, I will realy feel as if it's finally gone. Strangely, when I'd paid it off though, it was like something had just finished. Hard to explain, but I've spent so much time and effort worrying about it, and then getting into some very in-depth legal arguments around that card, that for it to just suddenly disappear was quite a strange feeling!Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0
