Swim with dolphins in Malta - Terms and Conditions
Prize to Malta for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children under 16)- The prize is for a 3 night 5* holiday in Malta, based on two sharing on a full board basis departing between April 2009 and April 2010. The prize is for a family of four comprising two adults and two children under 16.
- The prize includes; return economy class flights between London Heathrow, London Gatwick or Manchester and Malta, all airport taxes and fuel surcharges, transfers between Malta airport and your hotel, trip to Mediterraneo Marine Park with photograph souvenirs and ½ day trip to Valletta. Winners are responsible for their own travel between home and the airport of their own choice and relevant costs incurred. Full board accommodation including breakfast, lunch and dinner (excluding drinks).
- The prize is subject to availability and must be taken between April 2009 and April 2010, excluding the following times: July, August, Christmas and New Year and public holidays. The promoters will book and pay for the prize as agent for the prize winner and their guests, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties, including without limit, the terms and conditions of the relevant hotel.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoters reserve the right to withdraw the prize at any time. The promoters will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation of any element of the prize nor for any inability of the prize winner to take up the prize. An alternative hotel may be proposed, should the InterContinental Hotel be unavailable at the time of booking.
- The promoters' decision is final.
- The prize winner must book their selected departure date within 30 days of receiving the prize. Although the promoters will seek to comply with the prize winner's reasonable requests, all travelling dates and times will be subject to availability.
- Travel insurance and the following extras: laundry and valet, room service, mini bar, all drinks, newspapers, telephone calls, internet, pay per view television, salon treatments and additional transport are not included and are the responsibility of prize winner and their guests.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable with no cash alternative.
- The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over, except employees of the promoters, and The Dreyfuss Group of companies, their families, suppliers, agents, associates or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

Participants must:- Know how to swim
- Be at least 8 years of age
- Be in good physical condition and free from any major physical or psychological impairment (which could limit the ability to understand instructions or move comfortably in the water)
- Remove all loose items, such as earrings, necklaces, watches, bracelets, contact lenses, glasses, still and video cameras, hair bands or any other object that may cause harm to the dolphins.
- Strictly no makeup can be worn and a shower must be taken prior to the swim
- Swimmers must bring their own swimsuit, towel and flip flops.
