yeah i know you have a marathon ...but up here even the penguins are in hibernation ...cant be much warmer where you are ...if it is im moving in ....lol ...my friend sent me over some nordic ski poles the other day ...i am going to get to grips with that idea i think ...i have had to give up on the running idea altogether0
