Garlic Sauce

Hi, does anyone know how to make the garlic sauce you get in pizza and kebab shops. I love the stuff, but I would much prefer to make my own. Cheers x :beer:

I'd imagine it's just garlic and mayo - that's what the Papa John's one tastes like anyway

I know tescos do a garlic dip - in jars, in the doritos/other crisps & dips section - which tastes just the same, which isn't very MSE but might be useful while you experiment to find a way of making it.

I would suggest mixing mayonnaise with garlic oil or garlic puree. You could use fresh garlic but you'd have to cut it up very small to avoid lumps. You could add a small amount of parsley as well for appearance.
