Early Redemption

Options
Hi,

I have searched the forums but not found exactly what I'm after:

I would like to pay off my Abbey flexible mortgage in full (early) and at the same time add my wife to the deed. I would really appreciate any advice regarding what steps need to be taken to do these two things. Do I need a mortgage adviser or a solicitor?

Thanks in advance.

    A solicitor.

You can pay off the Abbey yourself, but will need your wife adding to the title deeds ( which the solicitor will do)
    I am a Mortgage adviser
