Bankruptcy an option?

That has made it alot clearer thanks guys.
I am earning prob around £600 a month extra (but is not guaranteed as depends on how much work available) but will knock this on the head if I opt to go through with bk.
What about the fact that cccs dont know about the following...
1. First direct overdraft of £500 that I had after I joined cccs dmp plan, and therefore did not tell them as I know they state not to take on any extra debt after I join them. Paying them back £10 a month at the moment and account been closed down. (they are charging me £5 a month interest)
2. Provident... still owe these guys £280 (was £700), currently paying them £60 a month until cleared...
3. Moorcroft... they took on my t-mobile account which at the time I couldnt afford to keep, still owe these £180 and pay them £15 a month through a payment book they gave me.
4. Topgear Bridport.... they agreed to sell me some 17" alloys which was agreed on a £100 month payment plan, dont remember even signing anything to be honest with this thou. I still owe them around £400 and am only paying them £10 a month due to financial probs (a while ago)...
Is it best I try and sort the above out first before going bk, or am I ok to go bk and explain why I took out each of the above??
Feeling quite positive now, as I was so sure I couldnt go down the line of going bk because of the extra income I was getting but not paying out to creditors... but as you guys have advised, all they are interested in is why I took out the loans/debt in the first place.0 -

The OR also looks closely at WHEN you took the debt out. If all the above where done after you started your DMP with CCCS then you my be looking at getting a bru/bro.
