polka - if you use soda crystals it will leave a white residue.Which is a pain to keep wiping over till its gone. But if you can take anything off of the hob then soak it in the bath in hot water and soda crystals. Grease will slide off.0

Put the last of my wet washing from the w/e on the line before work and it's dry by the looks of it. Decided to have chicken curry & rice for tea but there's no chicken so a trip to Aldi is on the cards, need a few other bits from there too. OH's been on the phone talking about his extention/scaffolding *yawn* he doesn't get it that I really couldn't give a fig about it but I have to feign interest.. Bless him.
When I've made tea I'm off to do a gym sesh - I'm doing proper squats now with weights lol they hurt your legs though ouchy!
Littley's due in from school any minute so best get my coat on cause I'm whipping her straight in the car to go to the shop.

Erm, no you dont missy. Not here anyway, there will be no throwing of tootifrootis off this thread.
Yes this thread is about housework, but there is a lot of support also given and i for one think this is a vital part of what makes it so special. No one is going to complain if you have a few off topic posts.

I was gonna ask the same thing. I wasn't aware that you had upset anyone.0 -
Hi everyone, just a quick pop in as need to sort the boys out. Conference was AMAZING and went really well apart from me being late, rushing around, nearly wiping someones legs out when a flip chart I'd just touched fell over etc. I had a parent say to me 'I feel like a princess today' because we'd chosen a wonderful venue, food etc and that was brilliant in itself. Really positive outcomes and the hard work was very much worth it.
Right, anyway, was a mad dash home for the boys as DP of course volunteered to drive down to Birmingham today, but I made it. Filled the DW and emptied the WM as soon as I got back so that's doneKids stuff on tonight so best go feed them before they eat each other.
*((hugs))* for everyone because you're all so lovelyOne day I might be more organised...........
