    Bad flylady reporting in!!

a total of 29 pages to read from the flying thread alone, so sorry it won't get done, (that is my macaw broken!!)

Oh so what have I been up to:- Saturday
    stripped beds, remade them
wm x 5! hung all out on line to dry
    dusted whole house
    hoovered whole house
    cleaned bathroom
    cleaned shower room
Attacked the kitchen, floor, walls, work surfaces, oven and fridge!
Tested out fire alarms with bacon!! (happy to report they both work!!)
    Frontlines both cats
    Power washed the patio
Got dry washing back in folded and put away what I could, rest is in a basket ready to iron.
    Cooked shepherd's pie for dinner

I am sure I did loads more, but that will do.

    Sunday:-
got up at 4.30am!! and went car booting (if oyu want a good stop you HAVE to go early) made about £70, and got rid of loads of 'stuff'
    Then watched the Grand Prix
Cooked roast chicken and all the veg for lunch
With apple and pear crumble for later. (apples from neighbours garden, pears from my garden, so very MS!)

I feel like I have spent all weekend running around after other people, so happy to be here, (at work) and having a rest!!

Hugs to those that need them.

and sorry if I have not read something I should of done.

(tonight I have to drive 60 odd miles each way to take OH to fetch his new motorbike........what the fck does he want that and a car for!!, but spends out on a new bike, (2nd hand) grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr)

    Good morning

Looks like you've all been very busy already. I did most of the house (kitchen after dinner pots last night excluded) yesterday. And it's such a lovely day I took DS out for a ride on his trike. Figured since we have to go out later he may be ready to nap in the buggy then.

So all I need now is an HHC to finish up the kitchen. There's still a load on the bannister so I'll iron that tonight in front of the telly. Valli you are right. It was rather pleasant. I watched Robin Hood on HD last night whilst doing the bedding. I have to say I'm tempted to do the ironing on Wednesday evenings from now coz Heroes is back on this week:j

Once I've done the kitchen I'm going to spend some time doing the admin I never touched over the week end. I have never read the meal plans thread but I had a squizz last night and I'm so excited to do some more of that. I subscribed to the "new to OS thread" ages ago but have never followed all the links...Ive decided to use these as my M.A.C.A.W, it probably won't change each week. But I'm going to start with taking at least a half hour everyday just to get familiar with it all, then I'm going to choose a challenge to join and make my M.A.C.A.W working on that challenge until I've mastered the skill. I figure it's taken me just on a month to get into the swing of Flylady and my house is showing the results and DF is bragging to his friends and colleagues about it, that it would take me a similar amount of time to get into the others. The big decision is which one to start on first.

I'm so grateful to all of you for the support you give me. i never would have got to this point without you, never mind considering other ways to change the way we live our lives.

Anyway, this has turned into a longer post than I thought it would be, so I shall stop my feelies for now and go find an HHC

    Hi Soappie and HollyH

Mooncup - well that one had completely passed me by! Think, at my great age, it might be too late for me, now - but I shall give it a thought! Thank you google!

I wonder why I have never come across them before though - how intruiging!
I was thinking about this when I got into bed last night...I'm definitely going to get one (googled it too). But I couldn't help wondering what poor old Avinbacca must think of all this:rotfl: Thats what you get when you walk into a room full of ladies.
