How much You Spent Today 28/11/05

Spent nowt so far but i owe a friend £4 for some meat she got me and i also need to get a £5 gift for secret santa........

On the plus side im really proud of myself as i tried really hard to keep to my budget through November and i will only be £22 overdrawn this month which is brilliant as far as im concerned as normally every month im at least £150 overdrawn.

This month is going to be the hardest though as i have got a stag Party to go to on the 2nd of Dec and ive got Christmas presents to get as well....... :o plus the usual going out for drinks......

I can see this month being the hardest yet........

Same here ... probably won't spend anything today but am in denial about Christmas.
  • James, no Sun newspaper! ;)

Have spent nothing yet but have got to get a film developed, get some shaving foam, and take football kit to the laundarette!
  • Nothing yet today. Have to tax one of the cars on Wednesday so this weeks budget is already taking a battering so need to spend less!

Am definately gonna try not to spend anything today - spent far too much over the weekend on Christmas pressies and some jewellery to spruce up my little black dress for the Christmas dinner and dance on Saturday.:j

So I am putting my wallet into hibernation until Saturday!

    SShhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
  • £5 on secret santa (usually I am too generous and smash the budget - but this pressie is pretty cool and on budget!)

£13 on 2 bottles of wine (one was £7.50 and not on sale....but it's a handsome looking Burgundy..and sometimes, only a Budgundy will do!). Still, saved £1.50 on the Chardonnay!

£1.50 on some honeyroast pecans to help the wine go down easier..not that that's usually a problem..

Still...it IS Christmas (I'll wear that one out a bit more I think!)
