Advice Please...Best Deal

My mortgage with Northern Rock runs out in May of next year. I am looking to take out a remortgage of £72000. The value of my property is approx £180-200k. I would like to repay the mortgage in 11 years.

Can anybody offer me any advice about best deals, companies. Do I go offset, fixed, broker etc..

Any advice would be very very greatly apprechiated.

Well it really does depend on what you are looking for from the mortgage i.e what flexibility do you want seeing as you mention offset?

Best bet is have a word with a whole of market adviser

At that loan to value though, you should have plenty of options - assuming no other great debts and a good credit history
