Hi,
I am recently going through a DMP with CCC's, I keep on getting phone calls from the halifax about my personnel loan, I have told them my situation, and we agreed that I would pay £20 token of payment and they were ok, my problem is they told me to go to my branch and pay it over the counter, the halifax told me they could not except the payment, the halfax would not take a debit card payment and I do not have a cheque book. They have suggested that I pay it with internet banking however the halifax current account I have I am not using at the moment, since going through the DMP the ccc's advised me to bank through another banker, theres another problem my bank account from the halifax I had a £800 overdraught within 4 weeks they have put account charges on my account of £400, how do I go about dealing with the bank, as I have no money going into that account.
