Scottish Widows Professional mortgage

We currently have a professional mortgage with Scot Widows and have just applied to increase it in order to fund the purchase of a new home.
Does anyone know how quickly these kind of applications can go through as we need to do a 30 day exchange. We're hoping that as we are already customers, some of the rigmarole involved in our original application will be avoided and that it should be relatively quick and straightforward.
