  • I got the same thing. One of my debts (£6k) is not showing up on any of my reports either. Don't know why.

    Its really odd...

    Any ideas guys?

Also I have done that free 30 day trial with experian, how do I go about cancelling this to make sure I dont get charged the fee?
  • I think to cancel it you have to ring a freephone number?

Have you checked Equifax and CallCredit to see if the debts are on there?

No mate, are they free aswell like experian?
  • So to cancel them I have to phone them or email?

    Nice one for that mate.

    How about the equifax one?
  • Sorry, not sure about that.
  • Hi Snowball1

I am a bit confused between this and your other post as the amounts are different, are you posting for you and also for someone else? or is your typing as rubbish as mine? :rotfl:

I once got the free trial with experian and they had not one of my debts on there, I cancelled it without getting it sorted, then when I sent my £2 off for a printed version (I am hopeless at remembering to cancel free trials) they came back with loads of verification questions before they sent it out (all the questions I asked were things I had told them in my letter  and then when it came through all of my debts and debt history showed up. It seems to me like sometimes it is a bit hit and miss.
