Just on the above note, I did call the Sheriff Officers office this morning with the details and they did ask if I had the paperwork, I explained that the AIB were way behind in admin but they were ok in accepting the case reference number and said that obviously they would not be attending to do the "attachment".
Guess it's best just to communicate as best we can with "any wolves" until the paperwork comes through !
