1. All entrants must be 21 years old and over at the date of entry and resident in the UK. The eligibility of any entrant is at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
2. Employees, families or agents of the Promoter or any of its associated companies are not eligible to enter the prize draw. Only one entry per person and per household is permitted.
3. To enter the prize draw entrants must go online to https://www.fhm.com/jimsays and enter their details. There will be 1 winner for the prize draw for the FHM November issue on sale 25th September. The winner plus 1 guest will win 1 week trip to the American State of Kentucky, home to Jim Beam. The trip dates will be arranged and confirmed with the winner.
4. The prize consists of:
   • Flights from United Kingdom to Kentucky
   • Hotel accommodation for the winner plus 1 guest (breakfast included)
   • Tour of Jim Beam distillery when the winner plus 1 guest will get to sample Jim Beam bourbon
   • Airport Transfers
   • £250 spending money
5. The Prize winner will be a correct entry to be selected at random by the Promoter from all the entries received at the end of the prize draw Period, closing date is midnight on the 28th October 2008.
6. The Prize Winner will be notified as soon as is practicable after the end of the prize draw Period by telephone. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If the Prize Winner fails to respond to the call from the Promoter, the Promoter shall be entitled to select an alternative prize winner and the Prize Winner who has not responded will not be entitled to a Prize or any alternative. Details of the Prize Winner’s name and county of residence can be requested by writing to the Promoter at the Promoter’s address shown above.
