Yay! £10k off the mortgage!

We took a look at our finances today. Dh is self employed so we need to have at least 6 months 'what if he's ill/breaks a leg/something else horrible happens' money and we have that.
So we decided to take the plunge and pay £10k off the mortgage! I am so pleased, we've worked really hard to get ourselves in a financially stable position and it's really paying off (literally!) now.
Can't wait till monday to get the ball rolling!
