DMP - How long do they take to set up?

I'm filling out the forms to send to my creditors that CCCS sent me. It has a box saying when the DMP will start, what do I put???

Any advice would be appreciated as I want to get these letters and token payments out asap.

Hi Nikki

I am also with cccs, if I remember correctly I put in 25 days from the date the direct debit goes out to cccs, as this is the length of time they keep the money before distributing it to your creditors...

But maybe, a quick call to cccs on monday may be for the best.

Depends on direct debit with cccs.

For example, if direct debit goes out on the 1st of october then if I remember correct you would put the 25th october...

I think it may be best to double check with cccs and seeing as there being no point in posting it now until monday, I would give them a call early beginning of the week and then post when completed and advised.
