I am looking to remortgage and my current provider have offered me a 10 year fixed which i am tempted by.
its 6.09 % (6.8 apr for comparison). in the current climate i like the idea of a fixed mortgage, even though interest rates could go down. the only fee is £199.
what do people think ? does it sound a good offer
